Anayo Kenny has a lot of experience in real estate in Nigeria particularly in the hydraulic sand filling and large reclamation of swampy-land for real estate development.

A consummate real estate professional, Anayo has been involved in property development, asset management, private equity, and advisory services for various asset classes including master-planned communities, mixed-use schemes, shopping centers, commercial buildings, and hotels. Kenneth Okechukwu obtained a Bachelor of Law, LL.B Degree from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, Enugu State in 2010 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2011.

Kenneth has been in legal practice since his call to the Nigerian Bar in 2011. He started his law practice in the firm of Straddle Partners.
Mr Okechukwu was a Senior Associate in STRADDLE PARTNERS and a core member of the litigation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Team.

Mr. Okechukwu is currently the Principal Partner in Fresh-fields Legal. Mr. Okechukwu has garnered practical experience in the aspect of Commercial and Corporate law practice such as Interface with Corporate and Individual Clients, Telecommunication, Aviation and Maritime Law practice.

Mr. Okechukwu’s practical experience also extends to issues involving Property Law Practice and Oil and Gas laws.

DANIEL GOGO

He worked with Aykay groups of South Africa between the years 2002 and 2004 and was involved in the construction of major piling and marine contracts. He was with Grinaker process engineering also of South Africa and was the project engineer and later civil works manager for the construction of 90million liters capacity Folawiyo energy refined petroleum storage facilities in Apapa Lagos between 2005 and 2006.

He later worked with CAT construction group ltd as a project manager between 2006 and 2008 where he handled the construction of infrastructure for Arcadia groove estate (5 hectares) and Peace Garden estate (20 hectares) both in the Lekki axis of Lagos state.

He was with Aykay Globals Ltd between 2008 and 2010 where he supervised the complete construction of 112 rooms capacity hotel project (Best western hotel, Allen Avenue), construction of 58 units terrace houses (on four locations in Ikeja GRA), construction of the group head office, construction of 225 rooms hotel (Retaining wall, Sheet piles and piling work completed) and construction of 20 rooms guest house.

Daniel Gogo is a corporate member of the Nigerian society of engineers, registered with the council for the regulation of engineering in Nigeria, and is happily married with children.

He has more than 19years of progressive exposure in the field of architecture and engineering, which has stressed design, construction documents production, construction administration and due diligence.

Mr AMATEZE has also designed many large private residence Internationally. with many years of experience in all aspect of the built environment from project initiation to project delivery, he has provided direction and guided the successful completion of various projects from small to large project, ranging in value of a few thousand to millions of dollars.
